Program Description

Modern Aqua's text messaging program is used internally to send employees their shift task lists, assignment updates, and shift-related coordination messages. It is not a marketing or promotional program, and it is not available to the general public. Customer’s contact information will never be utilized for this program.

Consent / Opt-In

Employees are enrolled in this program by providing their mobile phone number to Modern Aqua management as part of their employment, for the purpose of receiving shift and task communications. By providing your number for this purpose, you consent to receive text messages from Modern Aqua related to your work shifts.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your schedule. Employees can expect approximately one text message per work day you are scheduled, which in practice is typically a few messages per week depending on your shift schedule.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan. Modern Aqua is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier related to messages sent through this program.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Because this program is used to send you your work tasks, opting out means you'll need to get your shift tasks another way (in person or via the web app) — let your manager know if you opt out so your schedule communication isn't disrupted.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This program is available on major US carriers; availability may vary.
