  • After an order is placed, we will work diligently to package your order carefully and ensure it reaches its destination safely. Please be sure to provide a valid and secure address, as once the package leaves our shop we are not responsible for circumstances out of our control (e.g., stolen packages). Processing time has been typically around 5 to 7 business days although it can depend on the size of your order. You should receive an email once your order is shipped if you are signed up for automatic updates. We do not currently expedite orders at this time. If you would like to make any adjustments to your order, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible (within 1 to 2 days of making the order). Due to the nature of our business, we have strict policies regarding adjustments or cancellations once we begin working on an order. We do ship our products internationally. Please email us with the items that you are interested in, and your address so we can provide an estimate of the shipping costs. International orders MAY have brokerage/custom fees or adjusted shipping costs as we cannot always accurately calculate shipping costs at the time the .order is made (due to the nature of customized orders and shipping costs being impacted by weight and dimensions of the box). We try our best to prevent unexpected costs but may be out of our control in some areas. Should any packages arrive with issues, dama es, or missing items please reach out to us.   • All orders are made to order as they come in. Due to the nature of the shop, we do have a strict policy of no returns. However if a shipment arrives damaged or with any issues, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to work with you to offer a replacement. Please do NOT remove the film in order to process the return/replacement. We will do our best to accommodate change requests, but can not guarantee a change can be made pending where your order is in the fulfillment process.
