Our Hydroponic kit will allow you to house indoor plants and other variety of plants in a hydroponics system. This is a soil-less method called deep water culture of growing plants, submerging the roots in a nutrient rich and aerated water reservoir. Our system will help to monitor the roots very closely through a clear reservoir, lowering risks of having some types of pests (eg, gnats). It is also lower-maintenance once roots are established.
This current kit is a version 3. Compared to our older model, the lid that holds the net pot has been strengthened in design to be sturdier, as well as now has threaded inserts integrated in the lids to allow for installation of threaded steel rods that can be used as stakes to hold up taller plants. The new ribbed designs significantly enhances the aesthetic appeal of our new hydrokits. Dimensions are 9” by 14”.
Please keep in mind that this is an experimental kit. Lids currently come in 3 different colors (White, Black, and Beige)
Additionally, you will also need to purchase a PH meter and a PPM meter to measure your water parameters. Our suggested ones will be listed below.
